lowered, rock bottom, expectations made palin look like ... what (?), not the blithering sycophantic loathsome wretched threat to us all that she is? yes, biden looked good. but is there a nugget of sound that will resonate till november? i would have preferred an hour of the pair in this setting ... with russert, of course. we all can dream.
